I used the heat gun to heat up the fiberglass plenum in small areas. A wood block was then used to apply force on the heated area to attempt to lower the higher areas of the plenum. I believe that the plenum's areas that could come in contact with the cowling have been lowered somewhat. I will use paper clips on the baffles tomorrow to check the actual height.
