The Fuel Guardian processor was disconnected from the instrument sub-panel. I removed the Dynon D-100 bracket from the instrument panel for better access to working with the wires for the Fuel Guardian.
The Fuel Guardian wires from the fuel tanks were trimmed and the grap covering was stripped back four inches. The two red wires were crimped into a connector and then one wire was crimped on the other end. The two shields were done in the same manner. The two green wires were inserted into the processor in pins 3 & 4. The shield wire was inserted into the #1 pin with the existing wire. The red wire was attempted to be inserted into the #8 pin, but I could not get it inserted with the other two wires.
Update: The Fuel Guardian wires should have had Molex pins pinned to the ends and then placed into connectors. Aerotronics had made two sets of wires with connectors that should have been used. I had forgotten about those two sets of wires until this project was almost completed.
