I received another Aircraft Spruce order, which included a Plane Power 60 amp alternator and more hardware. I also received the Robbins Wing carb heat muff that I had ordered.
I installed the Plane Power alternator bracket onto the engine and safetied the bolts. The alternator was bolted in place. In order to install the belt, I had to loosen the starter and lower it to open the space between it and the ring gear. After I pulled the belt into place, I tightened up the starter.
The carb heat muff was installed on the front exhaust pipe from the right cylinders. It was installed just like the cabin heat muff.
