Drilled bottom of aileron skin to tip ribs and nose ribs. Drilled skin to spar w/#30 bit. Drilled skin to counterbalance rod. Took all clecos off and took skeleton out of skin. Deburred all holes. Dimpled holes in nose ribs and most of holes in tip ribs using hand squeezer and #3 dimple die set. Dimpled holes in skin reachable with hand squeezer. Dimpled holes in top of spar w/#3 dimple die set.
