Repositioned counterbalance rod on nose ribs and drilled rod to ribs. Riveted rod to one nose rib and found that spar still had a twist. Drilled out pop rivets and repositioned rod to ribs. Realigned, drilled rod, and riveted rod to nose ribs. This time spar was straight. Riveted nose ribs and doublers to spar using hand squeezer. Placed skeleton in skin and clecoed tip ribs in place. Clamped skeleton to skin and table. Drilled top skin to skeleton, beginning with spar senter and working out. Drilled top skin to tip ribs and nose ribs. Made shims for top curved portion of nose ribs.
