Drilled holes in counterbalance rod w/#30 bit. Machine countersunk all holes. Using pop-rivet dimpling set, dimpled holes along spar line of top side of skin. Also dimpled last 2 holes in both tip ribs at narrowest end. Filed off 1/16" of counterbalance rod to be flush w/skin. Primed filed area and bottom of skin along rivet line on spar.
