The AN3-6A bolts in the the right outboard bracket were replaced with AN3-5A bolts. Those bolts were torqued, as well as the bolt thru the spar. All bolts were marked with torque seal. All bolts thru the spar are now torqued and marked. The spar is complete.
The right flap was unwrapped. I attempted to attach the flap control rod to the flap.
