Brief Description:  Two Outboard Floor Brackets

I made another bracket for the floor stiffeners with the proper directional bend. Both of the brackets were primed and spray-painted with gray enamel. Using some scrap aluminum as spacers, the brackets were clamped to the floor stiffeners with the scrap aluminum in between and the spar side of the left bracket was marked with a drill tip run thru the spar. Both brackets were drilled for the spar holes with a #12 bit. Tow pilot holes were drilled thru the brackets on the stiffener side. The brackets were placed next to the spar with a bolt thru the spar hole and the spacers clamped to the stiffeners and the bracket. 3/16'' holes were drilled thru the brackets and the stiffeners. The right stiffener was placed back into position and three AN960-10 washers were used as spacers between the bracket and stiffener on each bolt. Four washers were used as spacers on the left bracket. AN3-6A bolts were used thru the stiffeners. The bolts on the right bracket need to be changed to AN3-5A bolts. The bolt thru the right bracket and spar was tightened and torqued.
