A bracket was clamped to the right floor stiffener against the spar. A 5/32" drill bit was run thru the spar to mark the bracket. A pilot hole was drilled in the bracket, but the hole was into the bend. The bracket would have to be offset from the stiffener. Using some scrap aluminum as spacers, the bracket was clamped to the floor stiffener with the scrap aluminum in between. The spar side of the bracket was marked with a drill tip run thru the spar. The bracket was drilled for the spar hole with a #12 bit. The last set of bolts across the bottom left were properly torqued and marked with torque seal.
