I marked the position of the master relay and starter relay positions on the firewall. I drilled the nutplates in place on the firewall. I also drilled the doubler in place on the firewall. Bolt holes were drilled in the firewall. Per Dwg. , I cut off two lengths of copper bar for the connection between the two relays. Unfortunately, the drawing is too old and is not updated to the RV-7 firewall drawing, which is what I am using to position the relays. These two bars will be too short, so I will have to remake them.
