Brief Description: Trimmed/Drilled Left Flap Cover
Checked holes in right panel cover. Supposed to be #19, but instead were drilled up to 3/16''. The nutplates and #8 screws can still be used. Cut the aft side of the left cover panel F-605 with the band saw so the edge is even with the EF-602 channel. Filed the edge even with a file and then cleaned it up with the die grinder. Drilled the cover to the EF-602 aft channel to #19 for the three #8 screws. Used the #30 hole finder to drill pilot holes in the flange of the cover panel that sits on the floor panel. The left side of the base of the EF-602 aft channel was drilled to #19. Took all covers and channels out and deburred all holes. Drilled holes for the nutplates in both sides of the aft channel, deburred, dimpled, and then riveted nutplates in place.
