Brief Description: Made More Components for Seat Back Brace Stops
Clamped the second shim on top of .040'' length in position on the F-605C for the right seat. Reread the plans and saw that they call for 426-3-5 rivets instead of -4 rivets when riveting the .040'' lengths and shims to the F-605F. Drilled #40 holes in all pieces for the right seat. Deburred everything and then positioned the shims properly. Countersunk all holes in the .040'' lengths. The left side was countersunk with #30 bit and the right side was countersunk with #40 bit. Plans call for angle bracket to be 1/8'' above the F-605E. Clecoed shims in position on left side and placed scrap .020 pieces on aft edge of shim to provide that 1/8'' clearance. Clamped angle bracket to F-605E on left side and drilled bracket to F-605E with #30 bit. Deburred all holes.
