Brief Description: Made Seat Back Brace Stop Components
Cut two lengths of hinges for the QB seat back brace. Drilled pilot holes thru all hinges. Clamped hinge to the seat back brace and drilled it to the brace. Attached the other half of the hinge to the brace and hinge. Clamped everything into position on the seat back and drilled the hinge to the seat back. Trimmed shims for seat back braces to proper length of 16''. Clamped the two shims together and drilled #40 pilot holes in both. Clamped one shim on top of .040'' length in position on the F-605F for the left seat. Drilled #40 pilot holes in all pieces. Deburred everything and then positioned everything properly. Drilled all holes to #30 and deburred holes. Cut two lengths of 16'' .063 brackets for backstop of seat back brace and smoothed cut edges on Scotchbrite wheel. Drilled #40 pilot holes in both pieces.
