Brief Description: Drilled F-642 Left Seat Floor to Ribs
With F-642 left seat floor skin clamped in place, drilled it to the rear spar and ribs. Used hole finder and #30 drill bit to drill holes along rear spar line. Some ribs needed to be nudged into alignment, so I used a board and wedged it between ribs to align the flanges. Used a door hook to grab the innermost rib and pull it into position. Drilled all holes with #30 bit. Deburred all holes in F-642 and ribs.
