Brief Description:  Fit rear turtle deck skins

This afternoon I continued fitting the rear skins and the front hoop, I marked and trimmed the front of the skin to give better access to the front hoop. With this done I I installed the supporting brackets that can be seen in image 1 and 2, with this installed you can mark the position of the hoop on the inside of the bottom of the front skin so that it can be accurately trimmed. When this is complete the skin is then re-installed and marked with a rivet pitch of 40 and drilled to the hoop, as you work your way down the hoop, the compound curve starts to cause the bottom of the skin to flare out, not much you can do about this but keep going. Once I rached the bottom of the hoop on both sides, I started working my way forward drilling and clecoing the longeron and pushing the bulge of the compond curve forward. Its one of those areas where no matter what you do, your going to have some wrinkling. I will see how much of it can be worked out by curving the bottom of the turtle deck skin.
