Brief Description:  Fit elevator trim servo

Marked up the bottom of the elevator skin and made the cutout for the trim tab servo. I decided that I wanted to have this access hatch recessed rather then just a square plate pop riveted over the access hole. Made up some support brackets to fit inside the access hole plus a cover that fits nice and snug. Once this was complete the servo was mounted on the top skin with cleco's. I used a hole saw to cut the hole for the arm of the servo to exit the elevator. Re-attached the trim tab with cleco's and tested the servo throw. I have about 45mm of up and 45mm of down. Adjusted the servo so that the control was centred. Decided that I also wanted to have the tirm tab finished with flush rivets. A suggestion from Steve a visitor from Richmond RAFF base to counter sink the elevator hinge worked well and the finish ended up nice and clean as can be seen in image 3. Finished up by pop riveting the rear of the elevator skin and trim in place.
