Brief Description: Had to rub back parts of the cowl
It almost seems like there was something coating the cowl that caused the paint to basically run off like the surface was oily (thats the only way I can discribe it), anyway I have rubbed back the offending bits and will give it another through clean tomorrow before attempting to re-spray. Two steps forward three steps back.
