Brief Description: Started installation of baggage tray
This evening I installed the horizontal L angles that support the sides of the baggage tray, because these follow the curve of the fuselage, they need to be crimped at the front, 1 crimp at 60mm and then 3 other crimps spaced back at 40mm intervals. The baggage tray is then laid on top of the fuselage and the front edges that overhang, marked so that they can be trimed for the tray to fit inside the fuse. This is no where near as easy as it sounds, this is one very large sheat of 25 thou material and it wants to flex inwards and fall to the floor because it is largely unsupported, but a littile perseverance and you can make it all happen. An L angle across the front really helps support things. Anyway the cold got the better of me and I never added the L angles under the baggage tray floor that will stiffen it, perhaps tomorrow night
