Cleared the bench and started on the Ailerons since Ican't get to the flaps, which are in storage and I need to get some help to access them. Notice one of the aileron skins has not been bent correctly, they should both be 95mm high, this has resulted in some excess top skin on one side and as you can guess, not enough on the other. Image 2 and 3 show the difference in height. I will email Nick tomorrow to ask for suggestions for repair or a replacement part? Should be interesting since I live in Australia, but you never know. One thought I have is to make the taller side the side with the 45 degree cut, and adjust the end rib to match. My only concern is the middle rib which might cause the skin to pull unevenly.
