Well after having the two tubes inserted I found there was just a little bit of flexing going on with those hatches. Not OK.
The next day I started adding a third line of tubes in the middle to address the problem. This was 4 or 5 days of cures again
Pic 3 shows after all the curing came many hours of sanding and grinding to tidy up all that micro. I wanted to remove all the excess and get it down to the minimum. Again to save weight... it was starting to look a little tidy too. Of course no one sees most of this as it will be on the underneath of the nose.
