The CS Spar is just a touch long at each end. I don't know why, I seemed to get the jig correct it just come out that little bit bigger.
So I decided to cut 0.10" off each end of the spar which will get it very close. Really this is so things line up and measure correctly. The aeroplane will fly just as well .2" longer or shorter.
Easy done with a router and then the permagrit sticks. Worth being careful with this.
Oh and I trimmed 1mm off the top thickness as well which seemed to be needed to match the wings better. Pic1
