The first pic shows one of the 5 templates with the shape cut out, bolted together all of the four cuts made. I used a thin blade on a jig saw and cut just inside the lines.
My plan is to 'adjust' these to a good fit on the jigs and then line up the foam cores and then stabalise the jigs for the next steps. Its a plan anyway.
Pic 2 shows the five cut jigs and pic 3 all five ready to go. Next I start making these fit the foam blocks. Wish me luck ;)
