This was over a few days. The actuator pad had been floxed in place, then the area around it sanded and two plys of BID were layed out on foil and then onto the timber. I peel plyed the lot as I want smooth transitions in this back seat area.
I then bolted all the hardware together and again tested the brake. Still a bit of work to do.
