A little tricky in some respects this still went well. The BID plys took quite a while as I was using gaffer to hold one side up until the other was settled and thats fiddly while keeping the 45 degree bias pretty straight. Its just paitence and the experience of working through the positioning carfefully. I again cut the cloth to size after it was placed correctly.
With the 2 BID plys done the next 7 UNI followed. The inside layup is slightly more challenging than the outside but still worked out. Using a roller wins over the squeezy or bushes for most of this.
I peel plyed in just two large pieces. I'm really over peel ply but it had to be done. In a day or so of curing I will have my right winglet at full strength and then on to the left winglet for the same treatment.
