Brief Description:  Wired A/P level function to Stick Grips

Dynon offers instant autopilot leveling control by pushing a button on the skyview while in autopilot menu. I also added that function to my stick grips by wiring from Skyview D37-28 to the right side button on each stick grip. The left side button is already wired for autopilot disconnect. Press the left side and let it go and the autopilot is disconnected. Hold the button down and it is temporarily suspended until you let it go. The autopilot level button, if pressed and released, will cause the autopilot to straighten your plane into level flight from whatever position you happen to be in. Loss of power to either Dynon Skyview apparently causes a signal to be sent on the level button to the remaining Skyview and starts leveling the plane, Dynon instructs you to add a diode to the wiring of each Skyview before you splice the two D37-28 wires to the one stick grip wire to prevent that. Seen below is one of the two Diodes installed between the copilot Skyview and the sub panel. Orange/Blk wire from Skyview. White/Blue from Stick harness. The Diode band must point towards the stick, not the Skyview.
