Brief Description:  Install Tosten Grips 2

Same drill on copilot stick. Although it is removable for easy cutting and drilling. The snap lock takes a .247 hole through both base and stick. You insert it into stick and as you push that stick into the base, you can align the snap lock with the base hole and press it while you finish inserting the stick. It finds the base hole and snaps into place. This stick took more work. The base has some internal weld buildup that prevented stick from inserting more than 1/2 distance. I had a wide curve file that eventually smoothed that down and the stick now fits fine. The bushing for this grip is smaller diameter and the same slight sloppiness was found between the bushing and the stick. Aluminum tape used again but this time I inserted until binding. Remove and slightly shave off some aluminum tape with my razor cutter. Repeated. I would guess I eventually removed 1/3 of the tape that way before the bushing inserted very snugly. No slop anymore. It just takes trial and error to get it right.
Now I will focus on wiring both sticks. The removable one will be challenging.

I tried raising the stick slightly in the bushing. At this height the set screw nests in a recess.
