I couldn't do all that work and not install the side skins to see if all the dimples, countersinks, and holes were ok. They were, except two pilot holes in the UHMW strip. Those are drilled out to #36 for the #6 screws to self thread into. Although I'm using washers and acorn nuts instead, I had the strips and used them for the test fit. It's all good. I'm happy.
