Time to reorganize the garage. The finish kit box is huge and contained the canopy, cowling, engine mount, fairings, boxes of stuff, etc. I managed to find places in garage for all the stuff and the box is now history, giving me much needed room. Neighbor friend helped place the canopy on top of the canopy framework so I can start to understand what's necessary to do. At first glance, it is much too high and I know that is from not being trimmed to its basic shape yet. It will start to come down to meet the roll bar soon enough. I am just so glad to be at this stage now.
Trying to imagine where the canopy/glare shield skin will interact with each other.
Not as much dashboard as i thought after trimming 2 inches off the glare shield. Still useful enough.
