Brief Description:  Aileron Boots to Seal Fuselage Opening-2

Sewed the two boots along the 3/4 marked line. Double sewed for durability. Applied contact cement to 1/2 the ring and boot tabs.
Let dry 15 minutes and pressed that half together. Instant grab. Then did the 2nd half same way. I'll trim the overhanging tab material later, then drill 6 holes through the ring equal spaced. Match drill into fuselage side skin, apply non volatile RTV sealant to the mating surface and pop rivet the rings in place. Last step will be after installing 1 1/8 dia control tube, put a ring of duct tape around tube, and ziptie the narrow end of the boot cover to the control tube, making sure it is located on the tube such that the stick can move the tube both directions without obstruction. Repeat on opposite side for a matched set.
