Brief Description:  F-675 Aft Top Skin 3

Glad to move on to the next phase. I made two mistakes, neither of which amount to anything except my ego. I trimmed a little to much off the bottom rear co-pilot side corner of the skin and cannot use the farthest aft existing longeron rivet hole for the overlapping corner. The trimmed top skin just barely covers that last hole so I drilled a new hole 1/4 inch forward to secure the aft corner of that top skin and will radius that corner so it looks good. The bottom horizontal stabilizer fairing will overlap this area so I am ok with it. It just irritates me that I did not see my error before I snipped a little corner of the aft top skin off to get around the interference on the aft deck angle that stuck out slightly. No big deal. As it turned out, that aft deck angle should have been trimmed back to be flush with the eventual skin. How was I supposed to know that? I hesitater taking off any metal before I know for sure its not needed.

Used #41 drill bit except for few holes where I needed a 12 inch bit. Used #40 for those.
