Brief Description:  F-631 Roll Bar #1 Today

Pilot side height adjustment required notching the roll bar and trimming off the back bottom. The entire width of the bottom lost about 1/8. Notched for the longeron and on the side of the roll bar I notched out close to 1/2 inch so the bend in the mounting angle can fit under the side and allow the outside part of the angle to nestle right up next to the roll bar flush. Dremel cut off wheel did most of the work and some fine diamond files will finish the lines nicely. This is a rough cut look.
