Brief Description: Add mating strip to join leading edge and tank.
Had to find the W623 strip. 1.5 inches by 36 inches. It goes between the A rib and the leading edge skin. The A rib is slightly smaller than the rest to accomodate this strip. The strip will be what the fuel tank gets screwed to to mate it up nice and snug to the leading edge skin later. You need 3/4 inch showing for that purpose. Blue marker did the trick. All I am doing here is forming the basic shape with clamps. Next, I will clamp the leading edge skin over everything and pull it up tight to begin drilling. I need to make about 4 or 5 2x4 blocks 7 5/8 long and tie them off up under the main spar web to keep the main spar flanges stiff and not bending inward when I pull tight on the straps that hold the skin in position before drilling through the ribs.
