Brief Description: Going to lose a month while we buy a 2nd home

I put the project on hold for about one month while we took the opportunity to buy a 2nd home in the down real estate market. We searched for and found a great ocean front property in Daytona Beach Shores, FL and I spent the next month making that deal happen. Had to spend precious time finding, buying furniture, furnishings, painting, fixing, etc, besides staying in it to enjoy the new sights and sounds of the ocean. I can see us flying the RV-6A from Jacksonville to New Smyrna Beach, FL a lot. Thats a cool 100 mile trip then a 10 minute car ride to the Condo. I have to get the majority of 2nd home work done quickly so my pilot son will stop telling me I am delaying the airplane project. Also, I had to file amended tax returns because of a mistake I tumbled onto when we received another 1099 and realized we had to give back some tax return money we earlier received. To balance that, I did manage to carve out three days at Sun-N-Fun 2009 where I decided to go with a carbon fiber Whirlwind 200 constant speed prop. Made that deal with Bob Hoenig at Ameritech while I was there. Also decided to go with Dynon for my avionics. However, I need to learn more about their autopilot limitations.
