Long ago after fitting the cowl in place, there were production gaps that needed attention. Its that time now. I applied packing tape to allow separation, and mixed flox and epoxy to begin closing gaps around forward area. One side had about 1/4 inch gap where the circular opening meets top and bottom. The other side had about 1/8 gap. It set up nicely and separated fairly easily. Its ready to be sanded for touch up fillier.
I thought the packing tape might be hard to separate It wasn't. Next time I'll apply release agent.
