Im getting more comfortable working with fiberglass so I started building up low areas on the wingtips and empennage caps. Bought some clear hardener rather than continuing with the dark reddish brown hardener to see how I feel about that. Its more expensive and I don't know if it gives me anything for that extra cost. We'll see. Added microfibers to help with the sanding and filled in low areas.
After filling, drying, and 1st sanding. The forward edge was 1/8 gapped at wing metal for 1 inch.
Vert Stab cap was built forward another 1/8 inch at most fwd point.
Started filling in the enpennage fairing fwd edge on both sides.
