After filling the tank and setting for a day, I discovered a small (slight weeping) leak under one of the screw heads on the access cover. I looked back on my kitlog records. In 2011 I questioned why some builders used cork and some builders used proseal or cork with Tite seal medium sealant, so I did a test. One tank cover used cork gasket, and this is that tank. It was weeping. The other tank did not. So, I now know the answer. I removed the tank, removed the gasket and will make a permanent fix, just like the other tank.
Up at 10 o'clock position is a weeping machine screw.
Cork gasket did work for all but one hole. I removed it and will make a better seal.
