Brief Description:  Calibrate Fuel Tanks

Finally its time to focus on fuel. I leveled the fuselage once more and ordered 25 gallons 100 LL fuel to begin loading the fuel tank a gallon at a time, That way I can make a fuel level dipstick, calibrate the Dynon fuel guage level, and then check all lines for leaks. If ok, then I will do a boost pump flow test. I will then be free to start the engine after a few other preparations. Of course I will have to drain the fuel again when its time to get empty weights.

I believe the plane should be in level flight attitude for the Dynon calibration. I don't see a use for the fuel level stick in this level attitude. I will make one with the plane sitting naturally on its gear on level ground to determine the fuel levels. Thats how you would be situated if you were checking the fuel levels.

Don't need 25 gals, but what the heck. Deflated front tire some to get level.
