Duckworks D1S HID light and associated mounting system were installed several years ago in the right wing for a landing light. A second one is being added to the left wing with the intention of focusing it on taxiing after landing. The cutout template is pretty self explanatory. Cut out the marked opening in the template. Tape it to wingtip according to instructions. Mark the cutout line and then use your Dremel cutoff wheel to rough cut the wing skin. Leave extra metal to file/sand to final dimension.
