Located the pitot tube mast just outboard from the aileron bellcrank access cover. Taped the template in place and started with step drillbit and walked it around the general shape. Switched to Dremel rotary tool to finish shaping the cutout. Finally, the pitot mast dropped in from the top so I could drill the rivet holes into the mast. Dimpled wing skin and countersunk the pitot mast holes and its ready to be attached. Existing spar flange rivets partially interfered with this mast so i trimmed the offensive areas away. Also, I will add two more rivets to the mast to strengthen the attachment.
