The lower wing rib did have alternate holes left unriveted so it was fairly simple to use a #40 strap duplicator to transfer that hole to the fuselage skin overhang to locate the eventual nut plate holes. I then enlarged them all to #30. When I pull the wing out, I can drill nutplates, enlarge the hole to #19 and dimple for 8/32 fairing screws.
