Removed flap brace from wing skin and clecoed every other hole to flap hinge. In a resting position, the flap brace lays across the open end of the flap and can easily be countersunk. Having snapped off an earlier #40 countersink pilot bit, I every so often lubricated the countersink tip with Boelube this time. Using the flap hinge as an additional stiffener and guide, I countersank all open holes, then moved clecoes to already done holes so I could finish countersinking the others. Put the flap all back together and it now swings open almost 90 degrees for easy access. Hurraaaah!!
