Brief Description:  Made aileron spacers and fitted hardware to ailero

Had a hard time finding the 058"x5/16 T6061 tubing to use for spacers. Found a 9 inch piece which is supposed to be tapped and used as the flap connecting rod. However, I previously purchased an 18 inch piece of hexagonal aluminum threaded on each end. That gets cut in half and tapped to make a more substantial flap connecting rod. Anyway, I installed the aileron at the correct location on the spar, made the appropiate spacers, installed the bolts, spacers, large and small washers and nuts. Located the bearings (3616M) and VA111 end caps for the aileron control tube which connects to the bell crank and runs into the cockpit to connect with the control stick. Mounted the bearing and special washers onto the bellcrank and torqued all nuts. AN3 got 30 inch lbs and the AN4 got 60 inch lbs.
Applied torque seal and called it a night.
