Brief Description:  Riveted Canopy Frame

Enlarged forward holes in the canopy frame for CS4-4 pop rivets. Drilled and countersunk remaining holes and dimpled the Canopy Frame skins. Mixed up some JB weld and made a fillet to keep the skins flush with the Canopy Frame. Flush riveted the skin on and clamped side skins to check for side alignment.

The Left side came out very nice. The Right side had a slight gap which I can't do anything else about at this point. I may run a 1/4" fiberglass skirt around the bottom of the canopy as an alternative.

Next step is to get the plexiglass from the basement and start cutting the basic shape.
