Brief Description:  Lower Empennage fairing holes fore and aft

Drilled the remaining lower empennage fairing holes per plans for both front and rear. Dimpled access plates covers and drilled remaining holes. According to the plans these holes along the longeron need to be tapped for 6/32 screws. Some other builders decided to put nuts and screws v.s. threading the longeron as these may cause stress risers in the longeron. Others have riveted them or prosealed them on permanently. I need to do a little more reasearch as I don't see why these need to be removed at all. They could simply be riveted on and avoid the hassle. Not sure if they need to be removed in order to inspect the bolts from above.
