Brief Description: Elevator rod end bearings install
Took the elevators out from storage, been about 10 months since they were completed at Synergy air. Installed the MD3614M rod end bearings on both elevators in preparation for mounting the horizontal stabilizer and drilling the elevator horns. Marty had a tool that we used to screw in the bearings while not damaging the bearing face. Measured extension per plans found on Detail A on DWG 5 which was 13/16 to 7/8 max.
