Brief Description: Phase I testing - Planned Activities

Running list of Phase I testing tasks (no particular order):
Check AOA calibration and annunciation for stalls and test through the flight envelope.
Basic Autopilot Calibration (test track, Altitude Hold, 180 turn, straight and level ops)
Advanced Autopilot testing (Flight Planning, GPS tracking)
GARMIN GTN650 Avionics testing (VOR tracking and intercepts, Autopilot IFR procedures)
Resolve tick, tick noise in headsets during certain RPM settings
Adjust right wingtip trailing edge to match aileron neutral position
Epoxy aluminum doubler plates for front Nose Wheel Fairing tow bar reinforcement
Install Plastic glider for canopy frame closure alignment
Install Aileron pushrod boots
Finalize checklist for normal operations
Finalize POH
Pattern work
Xwind Landings
Install remaining interior covers and upholstery
Calibrate Fuel Tanks
Left push button (frequency swap) on pilot side stopped working.
Left fuel tank single rivet is slowly weeping.
Verify VP-X settings for Wig Wag, Flaps overspeed, Flap position, etc.
Tweak / validate Skyview EMS green, yellow, red settings, map and verify with POH
Install JD Air Parts Fuel Vent
Install Jd Air Parts Rudder pedal extension
