Completed DAR paperwork and scheduled inspection for November 30th. Current punch list as follows:
• Reinstall bolts for fuel pump; check fitting for proper torque • Finish cabin heat cable installation; test for proper operation • Complete Elevator, rudder, aileron and flap rigging • Install Rudder fairing and drill pass through holes for wiring of the tail strobe • Drill drain hole for rudder • Cut off remaining pop rivet stems from left side cap strip • Install front wheel stop nuts. Get 5/16 x 24 threading tool from Tim • Fix front canopy skin from rubbing on open / close • Splice cut wire for OAT sensor • Secure elevator trim wiring (heat shrink and adel clamps) • Finish running NAV coax to avionics stack and terminate with RF connector (connectors at home) • Secure EGT/CHT wiring on left side of engine with Adel clamp • Install and safety tie Prop and crush plate; Install spinner • Pop rivet one missing hole in baffle seal. • Trim and Install wing root covers and rubber gasketing • Install cowling, inspection plates, fairings, cockpit interior for W/B prep • Complete Weight and Balance Get Scales • Complete Skyview Compass Calibration • Complete Fuel volume / capacity testing; 20 gpm; straight/level, climb profile • Engine first start; Drain preservative oil and add break in oil; Install oil quick drain; pre-oil engine; Install spark plug • Flight Test planning / First Flight decision • Complete Fuel level sensor calibration
