Drilled #40 pilot hole and prgressively enlarged for the AN4 Bolt. Used an undersized reamer to finish the hole. Turned out nice. One issue that I need to call Van's about is whether the gap in the Forward view (picture #3) is ok. The plans call to notch out the cabin frame so the angle rests inside but I am not sure if need to trim back the aft portion of the frame so that the forward facing canopy sits sits flush just like the aft (picture #2).
