Brief Description:  Drilled Brake Pedal piston holes & final assembly

Countersunk and riveted rudder pedals.

Decided to go with a popular builder modification to as assist the master cylinder that helps in cases if the pedals stick and cause a brake to drag. The mod was inexpensive and can easily be removed if not needed. Assembled the pedals and removed the entire assembly and put it on the workbench. Lined up the both rudder pedals were alligned and then adjusted the rudder pedal to be the same distance. Drilled holes and bolted assembly back together.

Purchased Bonaco brake lines vs. the plastic tube in Van's kit. Next step is to research what type of sealant is used for the angle fittings that attach to the MAtco brake cylinders.
