Brief Description: Fabricate Seat Back Assembly & Tie down bar
Started on the Seat Back assembly. Cut the 4 upright angle supports F-637L/R, 4 top and bottom angle supports (F637C) and the 2 upper and lower seat back hinges (F-637D/E) to rough length.Milled each end to final length and drilled holes, angles and notch on the 4 upright angle supports F-637L/R.
Cut the angles on the Tail Tie-Down Bar (F-712E) and tapped the 3/8=16 hole 1-/14" deep on the bench vise.
Bent the two plates (F-705K) to 4 degrees per plans.
